da bwin: Leeds United couldn’t maintain their 100% record at the start of the season as they were held to a goalless draw by Preston North End at Elland Road on Saturday, and midfielder Kalvin Phillips in particular came under criticism from the fans.
da poker: The Whites had begun their campaign with a 3-2 win against Bolton Wanderers in their opening Championship fixture before beating Port Vale at home in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday, but they couldn’t find a way past a resolute North End defence who only had 10 men for the final 30 minutes.
Phillips was handed another start in the centre of the park following his two-goal performance at the Macron Stadium last weekend, but he struggled to replicate his impressive showing against the Trotters and was replaced by Ronaldo Vieira on the hour-mark.
Leeds supporters were quick to have their say on the performance of the 21-year-old via social media, and they were quick to slam him with some suggesting that he is an “accident waiting to happen”.
