da cassino online: Tyler Roberts has flitted in and out of being a player with considerable potential.
da spicy bet: At West Brom, he was named as one of the most exciting 16-year-old’s in the country, but his rise within the game since that point has only been slight.
Now 20, his time at Elland Road has been hampered by injury.
The Welshman’s season began later than many of his teammates because of an operation that saw fluid drained from his knee.
However, just as he came back into the side and started influencing proceedings on a regular basis, Roberts faced another spell on the sidelines.
The attacking midfielder was in impressive form on his return to the team, changing the game in the second half against Birmingham and even scoring against QPR.
But that’s as good as it’s got this season for a man learning from one of the very best in world football.
Roberts plays alongside Gareth Bale for Wales, moments he seemingly has to pinch himself about. Speaking in 2018 about learning from Bale and Juventus’ Aaron Ramsey, he said:
“You have to kind of remember sometimes they are your team-mates. What you expect from them they expect from you. It’s great to learn from them.”
With the way the youngster arrives late in the penalty area, there are certainly similarities to Ramsey, particularly after being described as technically positive by his manager Marcelo Bielsa.
“From a technical point of view, his answers are always positive, physical too,” the 64-year-old noted last term.
The Argentine confirmed this week that Roberts was now healthy again, however, he won’t start training properly until next week.
But despite his stand out capabilities, he faces a huge task on his hands to get back into the side.
Helder Costa has undergone a period of rejuvenation, netting two goals in his last four outings which has subsequently moved the creative genius, Pablo Hernandez, inside.
A true test for any Leeds fan: Can you match these iconic images with the right results?
The Spaniard is currently operating next to Mateusz Klich and it’s incredibly difficult to drop the pair of them.
Klich has recently re-discovered his form, scoring twice against Middlesbrough, so it looks as though Roberts could have a difficult job to force himself back in.
Bielsa is notorious for picking the same XI which is another aspect that will likely work against the Welshman. Add into the equation a certain Jamie Shackleton who is set to return as well, and it only adds another layer of difficulty to the challenge.
